In presence of N-acetyl glucosamine in the media, the clones are expected to be red, and white without this substrate. BBa K1937003-results.png

We indeed observed some red stains on the colonies only with the pNagA promoter growing on NAG (as well as with the pNagP promoter, see part BAA_XXXXX), but the expression is late during the colonies development and does not seem to be specific (same result with the control plate on glucose)
